It was so gorgeous today that my family and I decided to spend the evening out on the Nicollet Island area. We ate at Kikugawa Japanese Restaurant and walked the stroll along the Mississippi River. So, as we walked I spotted, what looked like from a far, a trolley but as I got closer it was a group of people, sat on bicycle seats grouped together, pedaling and drinking at the same time! I thought what a fun idea! Having a great time with your friends, drinking and pedaling (hey, cheers to being green!)your way in a beautiful Minnesota summer day. Check them out:
